Flame kit

Hello I want to install flame kit in my car..I want to know the Folllowing things..
1 How much it cost
2 where can I get it in karachi
3 do I need to install a booster too?
4 Is it harmful for engine or any other part?

1.Its cost is around Rs1500 .
2.You can get it from Plaza .
3.Yes but not sure about this .
4.Its very harmful for engine because as we push the flame button the engine is started and it also consumes lot of petrol .
