Foundation Issue? please help me

Aslam-o-Alakium;

Can anybody please guide me in detail about Cultus foundation Issues?
What are the signs and symptoms when one need to think about getting change the foundation?

Their was a lil voice coming from font Tyre of my cultus; i showed to Margalla Motors, Tariq Road, also asked them to check Foundation; they said all 3 foundations; engine, gear and third one i don't remember needs to be changed? And they said around 11K expenses?

I was wondering my car run okie; but a little shake when pressing brake in speed; i think it should be normal for Suzuki as well as Karachi roads? or maybe i am wrong?

Could you guys please guide me what sings and symptoms i should fell in my car that requires to get foundation change?
