Four speakers!!!!!!

brothers!!!! i bought a new pioneer player cd/mp3/wma........model DEH-2950MP
i want to install four speakers in my car........
two speakers in the front doors and two speakers in the rear.....
which speakers r good 4 rear:-

1) kenwood 718
2)jbl
3)pioneer

and which speakers r good for the front doors.
and how many watt speakers come for the front door.

note:- i have baleno 2000 gli
