Fuel blocking

I have Alto VXR.I have purchased it from some one, thus second hand. There are two problems:

1. Car fuel gauge always show, not completely filled, 35 liter tank overflows after 26 or 27 liters, some say there is a block of air exhaust pipe from petrol tank and due to constant use of CNG only,

2. I feel there is oil in CNG tank and kit. What is the right method to extract oil? Some say, tank should be turned several times which most don�t do!

the fuel tank of ur car have a Fuel Pump and the guage.
most probably the Fuel pump is not working properly and may be the guage is put on it. So please check ur fuel Pump..
