how i can test fuel pressure regulator isi good or bad????

You need a fair sized pressure gauge measuring max 80 or 100 psi, and the pressure is measured before the fuel rail as there is usually no test port in a japanese fuel rail.

you would need to somehow make a banjo type adapter or a banjo bolt type adapter to screw into the filter top depending on the car you have.

with engine started you should see about 30 psi at idle if you remove the FPR vacuum pipe at idle it should rise to about 45 to 52 psi.. for a good working FRP and fuel pump
