Gear Problem, Only when down shifting

Dear Members,

I am experiencing problem in Khyber while downing gears (manual transmission),

Gears are ok when moved in ascending order.. 1 -> 2 -> 3 -> 4

BUT when I lower from 4th to 3rd mainly, even car is at 10 or 20 KM/Hr speed, it causes bad friction sound... for 2nd gear, when I down it at very low speed no noise... rest is ok...

Please advise reasons...solutions... thanks

I have added high viscosity oil to avoid gear damage at high level got Total EP 85W-140, earlier had ZIC FF 75W-85.
