Generator belt sound

hi,

alternator Mehran my car had worn. I changed the tire. Now, squeeze noises. I went to the mechanic, says it is loose and attracted. After one day again it starts making noise. Again, I must goto mechanic (another) and he tightens the belt.

now it makes noise again today in the morning. I have some oil in which the belt pulleys is fixed and the sound disappeared.

this solution is right?

Note: the band is new, very hot even I also pulleys to move a little as 1 km or less than 1 km. Is this normal? or due to friction?

Normal. Use soap as somebody suggested. Engine should be start during that. Or pour some petrol on the belts as if there is some oily stuff, it may b removed
