Goldstone tyres 185/65/15

Hi friends
I own a Toyota Aqua and recently I have changed the tyres of my car from aqua tires to Gold stone Irani tires 185/65/15 but after that I have an issue in the consumption of fuel. The fuel average is decreased and it has become too much hard to drive the car o r looks like someone is stopping the car to move. Kindly tell me about the Gold stone tires if you have ever used and tell me how can I fix this issue?

if you have upsized your tyres, rims o r both, then this is the main issue.
