Got a problem with AC

Hi bros
i have a cultus with CNG.there is a problem just pop up.when i turn on the AC it just works normaly but after 10 0r 15 minutes, engine RPM increases and cooling just decreases.it happenes untill RPM get normal at 1000.after that cooling gets normal too.i couldnt understand this problem that is it AC problem?or engine problem?
technical advise will be highly appreciated

If your car is old then check if its battery is weak!?
It used to happen with my Khyber all the time. As soon as I turn the A/C on the RPM would increase automatically to about 4000 and above and then for a few seconds (3 or 4 sec) the RPM will decrease and then increase again.
I put on a new battery of 50 AMPS and now A/C works fine.
