Got Engine Problems

Hi there peeps, yea i gotta problem. You see my engine revs up and down, heater is over heated, but temperture is cold. I kinda have a clue what the problem is, but I'm not sure if its the problem. So can you guyz give a some advices as what the problem of my engine reving up and down.
