Ground wires+Volt stabilizer

Wanted to know wats the advantage of using ground wires + volt stab! i mean whats the function?n what good does it do?

ground wire is standard for all electrics, it saves you manily from shocks ,if there will be no grounding, u can get severe shocks due to free electrons( bcoz your body will act as conductor)
in absence of grounding, those free electrons will catch your body as conductor & will cause flow & may damage you greatly
so laways even if you put small amplifier or add any electrical related component, dont ignore 4 things to be proper
1. proper grounding
2. always install with fuse
3.always install with cutout
4.use good qulaity electric tape for insulation( best one is nikko in black color

while volt stabliser giv u constant supply bcoz back supply can fluctuate & for some device even small micro ampere current is more enough to burn electronics & electrical components
