Gulf members help on H.I.D 's

Hello all .... can any one tell me how much does HID cost (the blue one) in the gulf region....I am talking about the whole kit (ballast,relays, etc.) cost ??
And can I put HID on my fog lights and what else do i require for that ?
I want HID on high and low beam ??
I have to put it on my 2006 Lumina SS...
