Hard civic brakes at low rpm

Bros. i have 2005 civic prosmatic. Sometimes while reversing or turning at low speed the brakes tend to become hard. Plz help............

if your expriencing this problem while running on CNG, then the maybe the setting of your advancer needs to be looked into, wht happens is that the vacume produced by the engine decreases on while on CNG, and since the brakes are vacume assissted so so all gets mssed up....ususally this problem comes in 1000cc and lower engines....so wht they do is set the idle RPM where the brake booster gets the proper amount of vacume.....
