Hard clutch problem.......plz help

today when i was driving my car on cng.i by mistakenly switched into wrong gear near speed breaker,the car stopped and i again started it and when i drove i felt that clutch became little hard and it was giving a little noise when i was pressing the clutch,the sound was like when u rub some steel rod to other one the sound of rust type one...
help...meee......

get the clutch wire checked...clutch wire ka masla b ho sakta hai! first get the clutch wire checked n den move onto the pressure plate,clutch plate etc etc!
