Have dealerships acknowledged this issue o r offered free repairs to users experiencing repeated power window failures?

As of now:

No official service bulletin o r recall has been issued regarding power windows

Some dealerships acknowledge the issue informally and replace parts under warranty if the car is less than 2 years old

Warranty claims are subject to inspection, and in many cases, customers are advised to pay partially for repairs

Users have urged Changan to improve part quality and door switch durability, but no public solution has been announced yet.
