Has Changan Pakistan issued any technical service bulletins o r acknowledged tire wear issues on specific trims of the Alsvin?

Are dealerships offering inspections, suspension checks, o r tire replacement under warranty to resolve this concern?

As of now:

No official TSB Technical Service Bulletin has been issued by Changan Pakistan.

Some dealerships acknowledge the issue informally and offer:

Free alignment check during early services.

Replacement tires under warranty in rare cases if wear is clearly premature and documented before 20,000 km.

Suspension inspection o r re-torqueing of bolts in affected vehicles.

You are encouraged to raise tire wear complaints through Changan Pakistans customer service portal and maintain service records for possible warranty claims.
