Have there been any service advisories, warranty claims, o r known fixes offered at dealerships for affected users?

No official recall o r technical service bulletin TSB has been publicly issued

Some dealerships offer free replacement under warranty if the fault occurs within 12–24 months

Users have shared that Changan service centers acknowledge the issue, particularly in 2021 and 2022 models, but consider it wear and tear
