The fan plays a vital role in cooling during idle o r slow-speed driving. Have you checked whether the fan is working when the temperature rises?

Yes, a few users found that the radiator fan did not activate even when the engine was hot. This was caused by either a faulty fan relay, temperature sensor malfunction, o r blown fuse, which required diagnostic scanning to confirm.
