Have you faced issues with Changan Alsvins infotainment system o r touchscreen?

Some owners report that the multimedia system freezes, lags, o r stops responding. Have you experienced any glitches in the touchscreen o r Bluetooth connectivity?

Yes, I have faced a few issues with the Changan Alsvin’s infotainment system and touchscreen. Occasionally, the multimedia system freezes o r lags, especially when switching between different apps o r during long drives. There were instances where the touchscreen became unresponsive, requiring me to restart the car to reset the system.

I have also noticed Bluetooth connectivity problems — sometimes the system fails to connect with my phone automatically, and at times the connection s during calls o r while streaming music.

Overall, while the system works fine most of the time, these occasional glitches can be frustrating, especially during important calls o r when using navigation. I hope Changan addresses these issues in future software updates to enhance the user experience.
