Heat up

hi all i have a mehran ,all seems to be fine but for some reason the engine is heating up , what i want to find out is that ,any one is aware how how to empty the radiator of all the water in it any king of cork benith the radiator to empty the radiator so i cn empty it and put in somr anty rust so the chkked radiator can get cleared up

if its new mehran than its fine because they have control the fuel consumption using this heating effect, and if its old mehran than get it chked, for radiator cleaning there are many people who clean radiators like while going to aladin park from askari 4, u will find alot of radiator cleaning people they r simply (Y). not expensive either.
