Heating problem

salam guyz i have civic 95 (dolphain shape ) my car ac is perfect but having heating probelm for a few days when i turn on ac while driving before evening car starts heating up with increasing in temp while in cool timings after eveing doesnt heat up and temp remains constant is it possible the car is having probelm with its gas kit or something else ??

Check Fan speed
Check radiator rust(If so drain water and fill with three bottles of imported coolant)
Check thermostat valve.
Check Water body Fins and gas kit

Gas kit confirmed by observing the radiator pipe after 20-30min driving which will be swollen and on pressing `hollow feeling`
