Heating problem.plz help

i need ur help dears.i have aulto 2006 model(CNG).a few monthes back,my car got heated up,there was a white smoke through air outlets.i stopped it at nearby workshop.the culprit was thermostat valve with got heated up.mechanic removed the valve and make the fan direct and said that fortunately head gaskit is ok.
after sometime i make the fan direct.it was working ok and temperature needle remains exactly at middle.

i was planing to install thermostate volve as well but 5 days back and today when i was traveling on motorway I've noticed that temperature needle start going up from middle after about 100Km.i was driving at speed between 100-110 km/h.i switched off the AC then it goes back to middle.in short with AC and speed above 100 the car starts heating up.when i reduce the speed to 90km/h or switch off the AC it becomes normal.
in city it remains at middle always.
i put the new coolant in radiator 1 months ago and colant laval in raditor is also normal.
plz advise me what to do now?
what will be the problem?
also suggest some good workshop in lahore.

if the car over heated to an extent that u could see smoke i am sure the head gasket is burnt. u will need to replace it and do facing of the head block
