HELLLPP HID PROBLEM

Guys hids are installed in high beam only. The problem being faced is that when the lights are turned on (low beam ) the lights go to high beam by themselves.Once the lights get heated (hids) then it stops functioning completly doesnt even go to low beam only high beam functioning hids full time .
Wiring has been checked by 3 4 electriciations nothing wrong with it. One said that the indicator box inside the car is building up copper on it (those were his words) change the whole internal unit from honda ppl. What should be done helpp.

put them in low beam...but i dont know if u have 9005 or 9006..After factory HIDs usually cause a problem..whether its after years or just hourss..hope u get them fixed n save ure $400..this might just lead me to not getting them for my civic
