meray pas coure automatic hai main pouch na chahta hon kay coure auto ka gear oil kitne km kay bad change kartay aur is kay gear majn kitna oil dalta hai aur kon sa oil best rahay ga plz help me

shouldn't be more than 3 liters, and use the caltex or mobil's gear oil. No idea about the change interval, however, my car has 80K Kilomerters on it, and i have the gear oil three times. no problem so far, last time it was changed as i had the gearbox seals replaced.
