Help buying Car DVD System.

Salam everyone !
I own the current model of Civic (Oriel). It has a Kenwood cassette and cd player installed. I want to replace it with something better.
These are my requirements :

*Lcd screen
* dvd player with DivX compatibility
*ipod connectivity
*Rear view camera support

In addition, i want to install LCDs behind the headrests of front two seats.

Now i need help deciding the correct entertainment system.
What are my choices ?
Which one is worth its price ?
Does every model fits the Civic ?
Whats the best place to shop?
