I have original diesel nissan sunny 1997 CD 20 Engine.

Engine is weak (Consume .75 ltr of oil after running of approx. 1000KM)

My questions are

1- On pressing peddle lot of smoke omit by car. Can we reduce silencer smoke with the same engine position?

2- Can I run this engine as it is by just top up the OIL if required?

As I want to visit nothern areas on this car. Is it possible?

If yes then what precautionary measures I need to take?

Just adjust diesel flow from pump. Its a 5 minute diy if you know what you are doing. Thats pretty much all you can do with a weak diesel engine. Atomizer service or getting pump caliberated wont help. Whoever said that is right. Better get am overhaul and if fueling system is not played with before than it will be all good.
