Help in deciding, which car to purchase

Hello guys.
I am planing to buy a City 2009 or a Premio 2004-06.
I am confused in which one to go for, both will cost me more or less the same, so which one is better.
You can say i have a budget of 1.5 to 1.6 million(max).
Please guide me for the best buy.

p.s. I need to make a decision quick.
