Help me plz guys

Guys i have a civic vti auto 2000 model with air intake and exhaust only. i want to put some more power into it. a guy is selling me used headers which he bought from maxpower for 3000. should i buy them. and wat headers are best 4-2-1 or 4-1-1 (what the heck????). what else should i go for and how much?

plz plz plz plz plz help me out. previously no one even gave a **** to my thread.
