Help needed

moderators correct me if im in the wrong forum,i sort of need sum info,i own a santro exec 2004 in black colour,now it has been in accidents a FEW times ,the problem im facing is that its paint is sumhow getting dull,and small white spots are appearing on the surface,AND recently it got brushed against a wall by my bro ,...so basically i wanna know is that HOW can i get that new car shine again ,OTHER than buying a new one ...i took it to this jaanany waalaa painter guy he said k bhai cutting creaming ho gee...now wat i wanna know is:
1. ye CUTTING CREAMING hai kiya
2. will it help?...

go to any auto paint shop. buy low quality compound polish. usually they give u 2 table spoons for 10 rs.

apply it on scratch like cold cream. rub it hard wid cotton waste...
