Help needed urgent

can u plz tell me if kicker zx400.1 which is 400watts at 2ohm would work well with my 12w3v2, which needs 300watts at 2ohm,.... if i set the gain of the amp very low??
i need a quick reply i would be buying this amp today..

if ur woofer is of 2ohms as u stated, yes it will work perfectly.

the gain on amp will depend on ur PRE out voltage and volume matching with ur mid range speakers.
