Help needed with Automatic transmission

I have a honda city 2002 exis with automatic transmission.AND sometimes i race .I START AT D4 THEN SHIFT D4 TO 2 AT 60 KMH IT GIVES SUDDEN INCRESE IN ACCELERATION THEN AT 6RPM I SHIFT IT TO D3 THEN AGAIN AT 6RPM I SHIFT IT TO D4. It changes the gears sequently but at higher rpms. CAN IT DAMAGE THE TRANSMISSION.IF YES THEN IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO MAKE MY CAR FAST. Without changing the trans.or engine.

Well what do we have here , another thread with the same question that was asked couple of weeks earlier , automatic transmission+race+changing gears+will it damage.

here is the same old boring reply , NO !!!! , IT WILL NOT DAMAGE YOUR TRANSMISSION IF YOU ARE CHANGING BETWEEN GEARS WHILE DRIVING , BUT IT WILL HURT YOUR TRANSMISSION IF YOU REV YOUR CAR IN NEUTRAL AT STANDSTILL AND THE SHIFT IN DRIVE.

on final note i would like to say "excessive of something is bad"
