Help Regarding fuel consuption and Missing

Aoa to all
dear friends my cultus is doing missing on petrol and it consume lots of fuel but not missing on cng but bad fuel average also on cng when i turn on head lights or A/C it does not missing when it turn off it again starting missing
What matter is doing is problem with my car

get ur car tappet adjust.........n.........also the engine speed...........also......whenever go for tunning firstly get ur car tunned on petrol than on cng
