Help required

Dear members....i am aamir from isb..my bro has gone to Sweden for his studies.....i want a help for getting the information about following things:-
1). how to get a car on gift scheme..what are the rules and procedure.
2). which type of car should we prefer as there the cars are left hand drive...
3) how can he take his own car , if he desires to...(rules and procedure).

please i require a comprehensive details about it..if some one can guide me or can talk to me about this ...i will be very great full..
