Help, Weird Sound Coming :-S

Hello Guys,
Can you people please help me out with a problem
i hav alto 2007, When i press the accelerator (above 3000rpm), there is a sort of sound of Chimes coming from the engine bay. Jese k Ghungrooo baj rahay hon halkay halkay

It doesnt come when car is idling, only it comes when i press the accelerator. both in Gear and in neutral. it comes in all gears and all speeds

The chimes(ghungroo) sound is more clear inside the cabin with the windows closed. bahar se itni sunai nae deti

I just got the oil changed this morning, i thought maybe oil kharab hgya ho, but the sound is still there

Car has run 24000km.
Please help me out what to do. bY the way Car mai abhi tak koi part change nae hoa hay except Spark Plugs. (gear oil etc all is same since it was 1000km).
