Help..Ac problem in civic 2005

hello every one.
yesterday i purchase a honda civic 2005 model car.
the problem is that air condition is always on even when the fan is off...the light of ac and rear screen fog cleaner switch is always lights up and their is no chang when i press them.
any one suggest the probelm..?do i have to change whole ac kitt???
i can post pics of if needed.

seems like a short circuit. u need to visit a very good electrician

Also my idle would come up when it was turned on. He has a sensor issue.
OP, does your idle come up when you turn on the lights ?
May be loosen the AC belt and see if the compressor clutch is easy to turn..
