High Amerage Battery on Suzuki Cultus 2018

High Amerage Battery on Suzuki Cultus 2018

I need to replace the battery in my new 2018 Cultus AGS. Im thinking of going with a Daewoo maintenance-free battery since Ive been using one for the past three years. The battery model Ive been using is DL50, which has an amperage of 38 ah. Im wondering if its okay to use a higher amperage battery, like the DL60, which has 45 ah. Are there any disadvantages to installing a higher amp battery in the car?

Right now, I have an Android unit and LEDs installed, but Im planning to add indoor lights and upgrade the sound system in the future.

Theres no downside to going for a higher amp battery, except for a few things to consider. First, youll need to check if the batterys physical size fits in your car and if theres enough space for it. Also, its essential to see if your alternator can effectively charge up the battery during your regular drives.

Your cabin accessories rely on the alternator to get power while youre on the road, so its crucial to ensure that it can handle the increased demand.
