Ho do we get the vehicle transferred??????

Want to know how to get the vehicle transferred in the name of buyer and how a sale deal is documented.

Specificaly i want to know the transfer process where the orignal owner has died and his family wants to sell the car. How it would be done. Please inform. Vehicle registered in Islamabad.

Personally I think such process takes long time (the scenario you talking about), it would be just like transferring/selling property of a person who has passed away.

I could be very wrong about what I just said and I am sure someone here will share his/her experience.
