Honda 125 Registration Please Help

I want to buy a 2018 model bike that is available in Mianwali, and it has an applied-for registration. Can I get it registered with Islamabad o r Rawalpindi number plates? Also, will there be any fine for not registering the bike for five years? Please guide me on this matter.

Its advisable to take all the necessary documents to Islamabad o r Rawalpindi for registration, as physical verification may not be required and an agent might be needed for assistance. However, there may be a late registration fine, but its usually not too significant.
