Honda B16 Type R

Do any one know how much difference is there between a normal B-16 & B-16b Type-R? I have seen two cars in which people swap engines with B-16 and are giving very good performance. One swaped in Honda City and other swaped in Charade-88

Airdsoul if you are intrested to mod your Charade 88 then dont go for a B16 because its a Honda engine and give you performance in a Honda car. Similer kind of engines swaped by same machanic but performance of Honda City is much more better than Charade 88...
