Honda City vario 26+ KM/litre

I know this seems to be a tall claim, but it�s the truth.

1. Filled the tank (max possible) from Caltex F-10 Islamabd.
2. Drove to Mirpur and went straight to the petrol pump (141 Kms).
3. Filled the tank (max possible)�. Only 5.33 Liters
4. You do the maths�

I was a bit surprised myself. I have felt that the mileage of the car has improved with time, but I had not checked the mileage on the car for a long time since it runs over pretty short distances most of the time within Mirpur City (a small city).

I think my driving habits need a mention here as well. I don�t press the pedal to the floor. I let the car accelerate steadily. During my trip from Islamabad to Mirpur I kept within the speed limit (100 km/hr) for most of the time� occasionally going to 120 on few straight stretches of road.

pl check fill the tank for some gas stations is like filling untill it starts to drip out and for others its like when the auto shut down of the filler automtically stops. there is difference of atleast 5-10 liters in that.
