Honda civic 1986 clutch problem

salam my name is ali i got honda civic 1986 model i change my gear box now i have 5 gear transmision but my cluth is so hard and it vibrats when i release the clutch plz help i live in karachi so plz guide me what to do..

I think the clutch is misaligned and is therefore not releasing 100%. have it checked immediately or you'll have premature malfunction due to uneven wear.
