Honda Civic 2007 strange noise

i own honda civic 2007 (reborn). from few days i am hearing strange loud noise. when car was cold i shift to D or R with 1 or 2 RPM strange sound comes from engine near belt. But when i drive above 2 RPM there is no sound.

To add further, never engage the gear on accelerated RPM. 1 or 2 RPM is too much to get the transmission engaged
