Honda Civic Reborn power Steering is Leaking Oil Help

Asalam Alaikum,

I own a Honda Civic Reborn 2007 Manual Transmission it was working fine like when I bought it, It was perfect and there was not a single issue with it. Now, this Power Steering Leakage issue is bugging me.

I changed the Power Pump and thought this would fix the issue but I was wrong here. I’m still facing this issue and I went to the mechanic He told me that I will need to change the whole steering assembly.

But I’m not sure I should change the whole assembly simply for oil leakage because from what I can tell oil is leaking from the Pipes Just below the belts. Because

I touched it and it was wet so I figured this might be it.
This is causing the problem and a couple of friends of mine suggested that I should change the steering of this car to an electronic one o r a hybrid one.

I’m tired of this issue and I want to get rid of it so kindly if you guys have any idea what is going on please let me know thanks!

You don’t have to change the assembly and you should not have changed the PUMP it wasn’t the real culprit in this case. You have to change the O-Ring set in the plastic T on the pipe and it will fix your problem I’m sure of it.
From what I can tell it will cost you around 300PKR in the local market.
