Honda RPM Drop
Honda RPM Drop
The vehicle, a Honda City 2007 with Lambada Control Stepper Moter and CNG Computer had its 40000 km service done in which the throttle body was removed and cleaned by Honda 3 S dealer Islamabad.
Since the service the vehicle is running ok on Petrol but on cng the vehicle is dropping rpm. The rpm drops to 200RPM than the engine shakes for a second due to low rpm and than rpm goes back to normal 800 rpm automatically ( i assume the cng computer notices that the engine is going to shut down and increases the gas supply) .
The rpm drop is very irritating. Anyone has any suggestions??
Does anyone know how to check the software calibrations of the Landi Renzo LC01 Lambda Control.
your help would be greeatly appreciated.

Unfortunately it is not possible to adjust the idle speed from the Regulator because it may further cause problems with the CNG Computer Calibration. Also the RPM drops for about 2 seconds, the engine seems as if it is going to shut down and than (i think) the CNG COmputer senses that the engine is going to shut down and increases the gas supply which brings the engine rpms to normal.
But anyone who has experienced RPM Drop knows how irritating it really is.. I am based in Islamabad
can anyone help with checking the calibrations or any shop/person who can do it
