Hot water connection to throttle body

in fuel engected engines there is a connection of hot water from radiator to the throttle body... explain in detail technically...
the more colder the air the more mass per volume and more bang... confusing caz hot water is opposite to this theory...

During cold start operation there's two types of Air valves implemented by Toyota. A BVSV(bi-metallic) and Wax type VSV (vaccume switching valve). The coolant/water hoses are temperature reference for the wax filled thermo valve. When the coolant temperature is cold, the wax filled thermo valve retracts pushing a spring loaded gate valve open increasing idle speed. As the coolant temperature rises, the wax filled valve expands closing closing the valve cutting off auxilliary air needed during cold start operation.
