How can Alsvin owners diagnose whether their fuel cap is the reason behind the CEL o r evaporative system errors?

Are there visible signs like cracks, poor threads o r diagnostic codes e.g., P0455, P0440 that indicate a faulty cap?

Owners can perform a few simple checks to diagnose fuel cap issues. First, inspect the cap visually for cracks, warping, o r worn rubber seals. Also, check the threading and click-lock function—a properly working cap should click once tightly sealed. If the CEL appears, use an OBD-II scanner commonly available at workshops to check for codes like P0440, P0442, o r P0455, which all relate to EVAP system leaks. If such codes appear and no other faults are present, the fuel cap is likely the root cause.
