How does poor petrol quality in Pakistan affect MG HS catalytic converters?

Local fuel often contains higher sulfur content, which damages converters faster. Are MG HS owners experiencing faster blockages compared to other SUVs?

Pakistani fuel often contains high sulfur and manganese, which burn inefficiently and leave residue inside the converter. This leads to faster choking in MG HS compared to SUVs like Kia Sportage o r Hyundai Tucson, whose engines are relatively more tolerant.
