How often do faulty ignition coils o r spark plugs cause sputtering in the Alsvin’s engine?

Are ignition components failing earlier than expected in local Alsvin models? What is the ideal maintenance interval for spark plugs and coils under Pakistani driving conditions?

In local conditions, ignition components are under more stress due to:

Dust, heat, and poor fuel.

Frequent short trips, which prevent plugs from self-cleaning.

Symptoms of faulty coils o r plugs:

Engine shakes o r jerks under acceleration.

Sputters only on one o r two cylinders.

✅ Replace spark plugs every 25,000–30,000 km. Coils may last longer but should be tested at 40,000 km.
