How to buff wheels?

Does someone know how can I get my alloy wheels buffed or polished, they have lots of blimishes all over. I wonder how these scratches will come off????

A machinist can do it on a lathe machine. They will remove the upper surface of the metal with a cutting tool. A total of about 0.05 mm af material will be removed. You can discuss it with some machinist ( Khiradia).
