How to charge tires to correct pressure?

Here is a simple one I can't crack!

Manufacturers tell you correct tire pressure when tires are cold.But when you drive to a service station tires are spun and warm.It takes too long for them to cool down.How can one charge correctly measured pressure on a warm tire?
